303 Battery is one of the world’s first net-zero high-rise apartment buildings. Located in Seattle, Washington, it stands 15 stories tall with 112 living units plus ground-floor retail. Corning partnered with 303 Battery to deliver a fiber to the edge solution (FTTE) throughout the building. By addressing the challenge of not having a centralized riser, Corning helped to maximize environmental efficiency and ROI, making the most of every inch.
