Part 1: KRAS Inhibition and Chemotherapy Resistance in PDAC Patient-derived Organoids

Pancreatic cancer patient-derived organoids (PDOs) are a valuable resource for translational studies. PDOs are 3D cultures embedded in Corning® Matrigel® matrix and grown in a bespoke growth factor media. Here we leverage PDOs to define novel therapeutic vulnerabilities.
