A Complete Copper Cabling Solution for Data Centers

Due to the increased need for higher transmission speeds and greater bandwidth capacity, fiber optic cabling solutions dominate the data center space, especially with hyperscale/cloud and multitenant operators.

With the development of the standard to support 25GBASE-T and 40GBASE-T applications, next generation structured copper cabling solutions using shielded twisted-pair cable, patch cords and jacks are able to support a bandwidth of up to 2 GHz (2000 MHz) for small to medium size in-building enterprise solutions or data center switch-to-server interconnections.

Corning offers a complete copper solution of cables, jacks, panels, patch cords and pre-terminated copper cables, supporting Power over Ethernet (PoE++).
