The Corning location in Canton, NY will be transitioning to SAP as our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution on July 5, 2025. Please see the below Frequently Asked Questions to better understand how this change will impact our valued customers.

Forms

  • Will any of my forms change?

    Forms are changing. The layout of the information is changing, but the Corning legal entity name, of Corning Canton, and the customer should not be changing.  You will also start to see an internal Corning SAP part number on the form that will be different than the number used in the previous system.

  • Is there a black out/shut down period?

    Ordering and shipping will be in a blackout period from July 1-5, 2025. We are working to minimize any inconvenience these changes may cause you. Any orders planned to ship on these dates will either be shipped prior to or right after the blackout period. As always, our customer service group will keep you informed of any changes related to these orders.

  • Will the email that I currently send my orders to be changed?

    No, the email address to send orders is not changing.
