Proprietary adhesive backing enables fast and easy installation on practically any surface. There is no need for glues, staples, plastic raceways, or extra ductwork. Just peel back the protective liner and press. Once it sticks, it stays.

The ILU mMiniature channel is specially designed for 900 µm fibers and enables fast data transmission thanks to the clear fiber with its improved bening properties.

The hallway miniature duct is ideal for fiber optic cables up to 2,4 mm in diameter.Micromodule or fiber optic cables with up to 12 fibers can be installed here. The cables have Class B2Ca or CCa fire-retardant properties according to the Construction Products Regulation (CPR).

A quad fiber optic duct is available for parallel instalation of up to four 900 µm Clear Fiber fibers. This enables efficient and space-saving installation.

To meet the needs of different building areas, we offer wall-mountable fiber optic distribution boxes in various sizes. These allow for easy coverage of wall penetrations and enable fiber branching.

Our flat fiber optic subscriber line unit (TAE) is an elegantsolution for any living area. Its slim design blends discreetly into the interior.

For quick and easy installation without splicer, we offer NPC field-installable connectors. These enable time-saving installation and ensure a reliable connection.

  • How does the fiber optic cable connection run from the basement to the in-living unit?

    The fiber optic network begins in the basement of the building and travels through the house transfer point to connect each residential unit. These connections are routed directly through fiber optic floor distributors to the subscriber connections in the apartments. The cables can be laid in empty conduits or routed through small and compact cable ducts.

  • How can I install fiber optics in an existing building without empty conduits?

    In older houses and buildings there are often luxury design choices and no existing conduit infrastructure which complicates traditional cable installation. This is where the use of the almost invisible Clear Track solution is particularly suitable. The Clear Track solution enables a visually striking, reliable and fast installation for challenging applications in single-family homes and apartment buildings, when it is important that the fiber optic infrastructure remains as undetected as possible.

  • Which components do you need for Clear Track?

    Essentially, you need a miniature conduit and 900 μm Clear Fiber or one of the mini fiber optic cables to lay multiple fibers at one time.
    While clear Track does not require any special items for installation however we do provide useful tools that make it easier to lay the miniature ducts. The belt clip spool bracket allows the duct to be routed hands-free and the installation tool helps to mount the clear fiber. An optional transparent cover for Clear Track fiber conduits also provide additional protection.

  • Does Clear Track also work for a hallway or stairwell?

    Yes! The Clear Track solution can also be installed in stairwells as it is fire protection rated.

  • Has Clear Track been tested against international standards?

    Yes! Clear Track has ben tested against common international standards such as Telcordia and IEC. These tests obtain certifications about the long-term behavior, reliability and fire behavior of Clear track. You can find an overview of this in the Test Report Summary document.
