  • How do you redeem the New Lab Startup Program promotion?

    To redeem free products, contact your Corning Account Manager, provide proof of purchase, and select your free supplies.

  • Who is the New Lab Startup Program offer valid for?

    Offer is valid for new labs that have been verified by a Corning representative. Offer is valid for the initial stocking order and up to two subsequent orders within 3 months of the original order. Total purchase price does not include taxes or shipping costs. This offer is for scientists, science students, and Corning customers - not for the general public. It is not possible to ship a kit to home/residential address. Please do not request a kit with home/residential address. Validate by filling out the form above!

  • Are any lab products excluded from the promotion?

    Excluded free goods are: Corning HYPERStack®, HYPERFlask®, and CellCube® vessels, closed systems solutions products, Transwell® permeable supports, Falcon Multi-Flasks, Corning BioCoat®-coated products, ECMs, cytokines, media additives, and nucleic acid purification kits. 

  • How long will it take to get my free goods?

    Free product is subject to change or substitute products if required. Free products will be shipped separately. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
