We’ve added new functionality to the Corning Life Sciences website allowing customers to check the status of their orders placed through email, EDI, ecommerce, or other methods.

How do I access my order history?
To access your order history, sign in or create a new account and click on the Welcome [Your Name] link at the top of the page to navigate to your account profile. Your account profile includes tabs for personal information, login information, address information, order history, saved shopping carts, and email notification preferences. To view your order history, select the Order History tab.

I didn’t receive an email to activate my account.
Check to see if the email is in your spam/junk folder due to email filter settings. If you have looked there and did not receive it, then please contact Customer Service.

Is there a time limit on how long the activation link is valid for?
30 days. If you do not activate the account within that time and you receive an invalid link error, please contact Customer Service.

I already have an online account. Will I need a new one?
No, the new Order Status features will be available in your current account. To view offline orders in addition to online orders, please be sure to use the same email address on the orders.

Will I be able to view open orders from 2021?
For online orders, yes, you will be able to see open orders back to Jan 1, 2021. For other order methods, no. Only orders from April 25, 2022 and after will be available. For information on older open orders, contact Customer Service or refer to your current backorder reporting method.

Will I be able to view closed orders from 2021?
No, orders closed in, or prior to, 2021 will not be displayed.

Will I still receive my current open order reporting?
Yes, you will continue to receive the reporting that you rely on. The new order reporting capabilities supplement existing information sources.

Will I be required to order online?
No, you may still order via your method of choice. However, ordering online has many benefits, including having your order submitted for fulfillment as soon as it is received.

What happens if I forget my password?
Click on the “Need help signing in” link below the blue LOGIN button. Then, reset your password.

I can't find one of my orders, what should I do?
Contact Customer Service. They may need to add your email address to the order for it to be displayed on the website. Any order without an email address will not be shown on the website.

Why are only some products in my order history available for reorder?
Not all Corning products currently reside in our web catalog. For products that are not included, you will need to contact Customer Service to reorder.

My organization currently orders via EDI. Will I be able to place orders through the website?
Not at this time. Continue to use your organization’s preferred ordering methods.

I do not place the orders for my company, but I would like to create an account to track order status. Can I do that?
Yes, you will need to register on the website and create an account that will be associated to your Corning Customer Account by our New Accounts Data Team.

Will I receive order status and shipment notifications via email?
Not automatically. You will need to turn-on these notifications by navigating to the Notification Preferences tab in your Account Profile.

I am receiving too many emails from Corning! How do I turn them off?
Navigate to the Notification Preferences tab under your Account Profile and turn off the notifications you no longer wish to receive.

Will I be able to view all the orders for my organization – even orders I did not place?
We can assign you the role of Account Administrator, which allows you to view all orders across your organization. As an Admin, you can also give others in your organization access to view orders.

If I am satisfied with the current information I receive from Corning, do I have to create an account on the website?
No, you will continue to receive your current forms of order information.
