Corning Optical Communications LLC ("Corning", "we", and "us") values and respects your privacy. We have prepared this privacy policy to explain the manner in which we collect, use and disclose personal information through our Evolv™ AR Visualizer mobile application provided by us to you (the "Evolv™ AR Visualizer App").

1. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
1.1 Using the Evolv™ AR Visualizer App
You do not have to register to download or use the Evolv™ AR Visualizer App. However, when you use it, we may collect certain information as outlined in this Evolv™ AR Visualizer App Supplemental Privacy Policy. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of the Evolv™ AR Visualizer App on your phone, please notify us immediately.
1.2 Location Information
With your consent, we may collect your location information by accessing your device's GPS coordinates and other geographic data available on your device such as information about your cellular network, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, so that we can provide you with location-based services. You can opt-out of location tracking at any time by turning off your location services for the mobile application in the settings of your mobile device. We do not track your location in real time, although we may have access to certain information about your location, such as your country or address, when you provide it or via device information (e.g. IP address).
1.3 Mobile Analytics
As with many mobile applications, certain limited data is required for the Evolv™ AR Visualizer Application to function on your device. We use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our mobile software on your phone, to monitor and improve our application, and to tailor your in-app experience. This software may record information such as how often you use the application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the application was downloaded from. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personally identifiable information you submit within the mobile application.
1.4 Technical and usage information
When we offer the Evolv™ AR Visualizer App for download, we will use commercially reasonable efforts (given the limitations imposed upon us by third party providers such as Apple Inc.) to clearly disclose what, if any information is collected, how it is used, and with whom it is shared. Please note, certain practices are outside of our control, for example, tracking by Apple Inc., or your third party telecommunications carrier. We are not responsible for the actions of such third parties. You should always read and understand the policies of any third party provider before making any purchase or downloading any application.
2. SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
2.1 Service Providers
Your personal information may be transferred (or otherwise made available) to third parties that provide services on our behalf. We use service providers to provide services such as converting your location into specific addresses. Our service providers are only provided with the information they need to perform their designated functions and are not authorized to use or disclose personal information for their own marketing or other purposes.
Our service providers may be located in the U.S., Canada or other foreign jurisdictions. In the event personal information is transferred to the US or other foreign jurisdiction, it will be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction and may be disclosed to or accessed by the courts, law enforcement and governmental authorities in accordance with those laws. Our service providers are given the information they need to perform their designated functions, and are not authorized to use or disclose personal information for their own marketing or other purposes.
2.1 Bing Maps Additional Terms
The Evolv™ AR Visualizer App connects to a third-party map services provider (Bing Maps), which converts your device's GPS coordinates to a street address upon your request. Your use of Bing Maps is governed by these terms, as is any information you provide to them. You should carefully revise these other end user terms and privacy statements.
2.2 Unity Analytics Additional Terms
One of our service providers is Unity Technologies SF which includes an analytics solution called Unity Analytics that allows them to analyze data and make informed decisions on improvements and changes to their products and services. 2.3 Further Information
We may share our personal information for other reasons that we disclose to you, such as those covered in the Corning Privacy Policy, or as required or permitted by applicable law.
2.4 Third Party Links
The Evolv™ AR Visualizer App may contain links to other websites or services that we do not own or operate. We provide these links as a convenience you, and they are not intended as an endorsement of or referral to the linked websites or services. The linked websites and services have separate and independent privacy policies, notices and terms of use. We do not have any control over them, and therefore we have no responsibility or liability for the manner in which they operate. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of every website you visit and service you subscribe to.
3. SAFEGUARDS AND RETENTION
We have implemented reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures in an effort to safeguard the personal information in our custody and control against theft, loss and unauthorized access, use, modification and disclosure. We restrict access to personal information on a need-to-know basis to employees and authorized service providers who require access to fulfil their job requirements.
We have record retention processes designed to retain personal information for no longer than necessary for the purposes set out herein or as otherwise required to meet legal or business requirements.
4. UPDATES
We may update this supplemental privacy policy periodically to reflect changes to our privacy practices. We encourage you to periodically review this page to ensure you are familiar with those changes. We will indicate at the top of this privacy policy when it was most recently updated. If we are required by law to obtain your express consent for any changes to the Evolv™ AR Visualizer App Supplemental Privacy Policy, then we will make a commercially reasonable attempt to obtain your consent before implementing such revisions.
