Corning SAS has reorganized its Optics activities as follows:

- The assets linked to the Beaconing activity have been sold to MCM. Effective October 2^nd, 2023.

- The assets linked to the Fiber Optics bundles have been sold to IDIL Fibres Optiques. Effective October 17^th, 2023.

- Optical lenses, optical coatings and Corning LUMICLEAN^® Self-Cleaning coating are discontinued.
