Learn More
Corning® Supersomes™ are recombinant enzyme products prepared from baculovirus-transfected insect cells with very high levels of catalytic activities. Corning also offers a range of P450 and non-P450 including: (UGTs), (FMOs), (MAOs), (NATs), (CESs).
New to the offering is Corning Supersomes Ultra Human Aldehyde Oxidase (AO), a stable and reliable in vitro tool for the study of AO-mediated metabolism, prepared from mammalian cell membranes.
The selection of high quality metabolic enzymes have higher catalytic activities than the native enzymes from human liver and other organs and comparable Km. These enzymes support essential assays such as reaction phenotyping, metabolic stability, and enzyme inhibition required for FDA new drug registration and other pharmacokinetic studies.
