Corning Management Named Two of Black Enterprise's '300 Most Powerful Executives'
Two members of Corning Incorporated's Management Committee – Lawrence D. McRae and Lewis A. Steverson – were recently recognized as two of Black Enterprise's 300 Most Powerful Executives at an event at the JPMorgan Chase & Co. Headquarters in Manhattan. McRae and Steverson were selected after a review of more than 1,400 companies comprised of the 1,000 largest public corporations, 100 international companies with a major U.S. presence, all firms listed on the S&P 500, and 250 leading privately held companies. McRae is Corning's vice chairman and corporate development officer who joined Corning in 1985. Steverson is senior vice president and general counsel at Corning. He joined the company in 2013.
