The Corning BPEO-CT Multiport Terminal is part of the new generation of optical connectivity designed and produced to meet the requirements and best practices of the Carriers in the Caribbean and Latin America region.

Due to its design with up to 10 OptiTap® connector ports and the capacity to accommodate up to two optical splitters, (one of it with asymmetric split ratio) it is the ideal terminal for Distributed Tap or cascaded networks.

10 ports: Distribution/Continuity Terminal

The BPEO CT Multiport terminal with 10P is equipped with one 1x2 asymmetric/uneven splitter, which feeds the pass-through port that feeds the subsequent terminals, for network continuity. It also has a 1x8 splitter that feeds the 8 subscriber connection ports

9 ports: Last Terminal on the Chain

The BPEO CT Multiport terminal with 9P is equipped with a single 1x8 splitter for subscriber connection, designed to be used as the last terminal on the chain.
