Maintenance & Facility Manager
My adventure with Corning began in 2005 as a Process Engineer. Over the next several years I worked as a Process Engineer Supervisor as well as Maintenance and Infrastructure Supervisor positions. I am currently working as the Maintenance & Facility Manager. In addition to operational activities in production plants in Poland, I took part in many projects and also in international teams. That was very interesting and valuable professional experience for me. What is most important to me about Corning is the company's culture of trust. We trust that each of us really cares to do their work the best they can and the supervisors responsibility is to support the employee and enable them to further development.
