Quality Project Leader
I joined Corning in 2011 as a Quality Specialist in EMEA. Throughout my career within this position, I was responsible for the growth of the EMEA Integrated Management System. I traveled regularly to all Corning locations across Europe to assure continuous improvement and standardization of critical processes. Starting in 2016, I was promoted to the EMEA Senior Quality Specialist and since then I started to lead multifunctional and multinational project teams to improve regional and global processes. During that time I met many valuable people from whom I could learn how to make good decisions and how to move projects through team work to success. These experiences have enhanced my technical process understanding as well as helped to develop leadership skills. As a result, in 2021 I was entrusted with the position of Quality Project Leader.
