After finishing my A-Levels I was looking for a suitable apprenticeship. That's how I came across Corning online. The company's goals and values immediately appealed to me, which is why I applied for the advertised apprenticeship. My adventure with Corning began on August 1, 2018 with the start of my apprenticeship as an industrial clerk. As an apprentice, I was received very well by the entire workforce, and quickly felt that I was an integral part of the Corning family. They supported me and helped me get to know Corning and its values.

As an apprentice as an industrial clerk, I go through many different departments. Every time I meet new people and new activities, I am received warmly. In each department, I receive a lot of support in learning their respective activities. I regularly receive positive feedback, which motivates me again and again every day to give my best.

Corning enables me to set goals for the future, and I can imagine shaping my future career with Corning.
