Intention to Transfer Personal Data to a Third Country

When your personal data is shared within the Corning Group, Corning safeguards data transfers by the use of a set of Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs). You may request a copy of Corning’s BCRs by sending an email to: privacy@corning.com.

Period of Storage

Your Personal Data is stored for a period as permitted by local law or regulation.

If you withdraw your consent, we will erase your Personal Data without undue delay (unless some of your Personal Data is required for the performance of a contract).
