These Employee Resource Groups for Asian employees promote an inclusive environment for all Asian employees. These groups provide their members with the ability to share their cultural heritage through cultural events, offer educational and professional development opportunities, networking, and social gatherings.

Corning Chinese Association (CCA)

This group represents Chinese employees located in Corning, New York, and it is open to all Corning employees interested in the Chinese culture. They host Chinese cultural events, facilitate networking, and professional development opportunities for their members. 

Indian Professionals Network (IPN)

Celebrating heritage, developing leaders, and serving our community

The Indian Professionals Network seeks to help recruit, retain, and professionally develop employees. They promote cultural awareness and Indian heritage by sharing events and cultural celebrations such as India Day and Diwali. 

Corning Korean Community (CKC)

This group represents Korean employees and it is open to all Corning employees interested in the Korean culture. They host Korean cultural events, facilitate networking, and professional development opportunities for their members.
