Lynn has worked in commercial life sciences for 15 years, spanning business development, technical sales and application specific solutions. She has worked with large distributors and manufactures as well as small start-up companies within microscopy, cell culture, and general life sciences.
Joan Minard, Ph.D.

Corning Life Sciences
Joan received his Ph.D. in Biotechnology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona in 2019. Since, he has worked in the UK focusing on bioprocess development and scale-up, first at UCB as a Scientist in upstream process sciences, being a Pilot Plant manager with focus on the process development (mammalian and microbial) for the production of antibody and antibody-derived molecules; then, at Nonacus Ltd as a Bioprocess Engineer in production for process optimization and scale-up of diagnostic kits for cancer detection with Next Generation Sequencing. Joan joined Corning in 2024 as a Field Application Scientist (FAS) focusing on the bioprocess portfolio.
