Production Manager
The whole Corning team welcomed me very well when I joined them for a month's apprenticeship after the fourth year of my studies. Thanks to the possibility part-time work, I managed to connect studies with work and I completed another 8-month internship. This allowed me to supplement my previous knowledge gained at the university with practice and taught me how to effectively organize the time classes. The next step was to take the position of a Junior Process Engineer, then I became a Project Coordinator.
In August 2013 I took up new challenges and became a Maintenance Manager Deputy, and a year later an Engineering Department Manager. These positions allowed me to develop soft skills: teamwork, prioritization, building and enforcing strategies. This job gave me as much satisfaction as it gave me to solve technical problems. At the moment, I am an Engineering Department Manager - I can translate global goals into local challenges, take care of the company's development and set directions for people who cooperate with me.
