重要法律声明
Corning Optical Communications grants our Preferred Customers ("You") a limited, non-exclusive license to use and reproduce Corning Optical Communications product drawings only for the purpose of preparing information for potential purchasers of covered Corning Optical Communications products in the ordinary course of business.
You shall ensure that all proprietary notices of Corning Optical Communications are included on the Corning Optical Communications product drawings at all times and shall follow all Corning Optical Communications guidelines on the use and reproduction of such drawings.
You shall not modify Corning Optical Communications product drawings without Corning Optical Communications' prior written approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
You shall indemnify Corning Optical Communications for any claims based on your unauthorized use, modification or reproduction of Corning Optical Communications product drawings.
