Leadership Message

If you choose to begin your career at Corning I encourage you
to become involved in our Employee Resource Groups.

As Corning’s Talent Manager for Global Diversity and Inclusion, I would like to thank you for your interest in our company. As a leading innovator in a number of today’s high technology industries, we offer a variety of exciting career opportunities. Ours is a welcoming culture that is grounded in our Corporate Values and a deep commitment to Diversity and Inclusion.

Corning has a distinctive heritage and culture unlike any other company. Our respectful reliance on Diversity and Inclusion along with its essential role in our success is deeply ingrained in all of us. Diversity is at the heart of who we are as individuals and as a company.

Corning’s employees are diverse not only with race, color, gender, age, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability or veteran’s status. At Corning, we have a variety of employee resource groups. We are proud of the work that is done through the Employee Resource Groups to raise awareness around important issues, their offering of developmental, educational and training opportunities for their members, as well as other employees, and the many cultural activities that create an inclusive environment for members and colleagues. Our groups are open to all Corning employees who are interested in joining.

We support Employee Resource Groups such as the following:

  • Abled and DisAbled Partnering Together (ADAPT)
  • Corning Chinese Association (CCA)
  • Corning Professional Women’s Forum (CPWF)
  • Corning Veterans Engaged to Support (C-VETS)
  • Ethnically Diverse Group of Employees (EDGE)
  • Global Latino Advancement and Success Society (GLASS)
  • Native American Council (NAC)
  • Society of Black Professionals (SBP)
  • Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Employee Resource Group (SPECTRA)

If you choose to begin your career at Corning I encourage you to become involved in our Employee Resource Groups.
