Anusha just couldn’t stay away from Corning Incorporated.

“Last summer (2013) was a lot of fun,” she said. “I got to work on projects that were challenging and significant. I also met a great group of interns, so I came back to do it all over again.”

Anusha returned to Corning in 2014 before entering her fourth year at Ohio State University in its Ph.D. program for electrical engineering.

She spent the summer working on predicting the temperature of tunnel kilns to control it more accurately.

Post-Corning, “The plan for my immediate future is to buckle down, finish my work and graduate,” she said. “If I survive it, I hope to travel, learn new languages & maybe take up a job to do more of the same.”
