Li Fang joined Corning International in July 1997 as Business Development Manager – China, based in the Corning Beijing Office.
In December 1999 Li Fang was transferred to the Environmental Products Division and became Production Manager of EPD’s China Plant – Corning (Shanghai) Company Ltd. (CSCL). In July 2004, he was appointed Operations Manager of CSCL. Effective October 1, 2004, Li Fang was appointed Director of Operations/Plant Manager of Corning (Shanghai) Company Ltd.
In August 2007, Li Fang was appointed Vice President, Corning Display Technologies China, and Director of Commercial Operations, Government Affairs and Supply Chain Corning Display Technologies China. He assumed his current role of President, Corning Display Technologies China in January 2009, and currently resides in Shanghai.
Prior to joining Corning, Li Fang had many years of experience in various business development, sales and marketing positions with European and USA companies.
Li Fang holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Tongji University in China.
