Eric S. Musser is Chief Executive Officer of Corning Greater China, a position he has held since 2007. Eric has direct responsibilities for Corning’s specialty glass and ceramics business operations, new investments, corporate staffs, and regional headquarters in China. In September 2010, Eric also assumed global responsibility for Corning’s country management and regional commercial organizations.
Previously, Eric served as vice president and general manager of Corning Optical Fiber. Eric began his career at Corning in 1986, and has held various management roles in manufacturing, engineering, strategy, and business leadership in the United States, Australia, and now China. Eric has a master’s degree in computer science from George Washington University, and a bachelor’s degree in nuclear engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. Prior to joining Corning, Eric served in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Korea and theUnited States.
