L'usine de Corning à Hagen, en Allemagne, éclaire son bâtiment en vert pour exprimer un soutien symbolique aux membres de la communauté locale et de la région touchés par le COVID-19, ainsi qu’à tous ceux qui travaillent sans relâche pour lutter contre le virus. L'usine est l'une des infrastructures de Corning Optical Communications dans la région EMEA. Cette action a été initiée par le bureau local en signe de solidarité, d'optimisme et d'unité dans la lutte contre la pandémie.

L'Europe est l'une des régions du monde les plus touchées. Des efforts majeurs sont mis en place et déployés dans toute la région pour limiter et contenir la propagation du virus.
