It has been eye opening to see how Corning continuously displays innovation in both products and processes. It is very encouraging and exciting for me to see how Corning’s leadership embraces the latest technology. Being part of the Global Supply Management (GSM) group, I have been given exposure and opportunities to apply new technologies to our supply chain processes.

Since I joined Corning in 2014, I have also learned about global processes and had the pleasure of working with talented people from different cultures. This global perspective makes teamwork easier when managing international projects. It is always amazing to see how people from different parts of the world come together and work as one big family to find solutions that work for all cultures involved.
