I was apprehensive upon accepting a position with the Customer Care team in the Singapore office. However, I felt welcomed into a big family as I got to know my coworkers. The people here have proven to be approachable, and encouraged workplace relationships through thoughtful team building exercises and outings. My then manager and current mentor provided me with guidance to enhance my interpersonal skills as well as opportunities to grow my leadership skills. This included the chance to oversee the daily operations of the Customer Care team. We worked hand in hand with many business units to deliver services to our external customers. We belong to a team that prides itself in providing the best customer experience and we go the extra mile to satisfy our customers’ needs. I have personally witnessed the dedication of everyone on my team who assist our customers throughout the process.
