Corning has provided me a broader platform for my career development. My supervisors and managers not only encourage me to try new things, but also inspire and enable my potential. 

From my previous experience, people used to believe career development comes from staying at the same position as long as possible and tend to believe women should work in support roles. At Corning, I found myself in a completely different culture, I could talk my career interest with my supervisor, leaders and HRs in regular occasions and get direct feedbacks to support my career aspiration with the right resources.

I started my Corning career as customer service, supported market analysis and forecast. And currently, I am in the business operations position (Commercial). I have been with Corning for over ten years and still clearly know that my career will never be limited. When I built my team, it was also natural for me to think about the opportunities for my team with consideration of their career interests.
