2. What is the intern's job?
As an intern you will work on real projects and responsible tasks, learning from experienced specialists. You will learn the rules of functioning of a large production company and various management styles while implementing their development plans.

The first diploma defense outside the walls of the Lodz University of Technology

On 24 April 2015, the first defense of the diploma thesis outside the university walls was held at the headquarters of Corning Optical Communications in Stryków. This is another great success and a step towards further development of the cooperation of the Lodz University of Technology, one of the best technical universities in Poland, with Corning. The diploma defense Ing. Lidia Górczyńska was preceded by a visit of the university authorities and the examination board in both the company's production plants and in the warehouse, which served as the basis for the analysis carried out in the thesis on the use of the Lean Management concept. We are proud to work out such a non-standard and innovative form of cooperation that allows us to draw inspiration and exchange ideas.
