Corning Earns Highest ENERGY STAR® Status
When getting recognized by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the highest title is the 2022 ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year. Corning has earned that title for the ninth consecutive year. Corning also received, for the seventh time, the Sustained Excellence Award, given to only a handful of companies that maintain their Partner of the Year status several years in a row.

At the Corning Life Sciences plant in Wujiang, China, the Global Energy Management (GEM) team's effort reduced the facility's energy intensity by 34.9% within two years.
