1. Organizer and duration of the Sweepstakes. Corning Life Sciences 836 North St # 300, Tewksbury, Massachusetts, a division of Corning Incorporated (hereafter the “Organizer”) wishes to organize a promotional sweepstakes as part of its Instagram campaign (hereafter the “Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes will take place from May 21, 2026 at 12:00 am Eastern Time through May 31, 2026 at 11:59 pm Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”) as detailed hereunder. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANGES OF WINNING.
2. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age (hereafter the “Participants) and is void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of the Organizer, and members of their immediate families and household members, are not eligible to participate. Participation in the Sweepstakes implies irrevocable and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). The Sweepstakes is limited to one entry per person (for example, same last name, same first name, and same email address). Participation in the Sweepstakes is strictly personal and non-transferable. 25 prize packages will be awarded to the designated winners.
3. Conditions of participation. During the Promotion Period described in Section 1, Participants must complete and submit the online entry form made available by the Organizer in connection with the Instagram campaign.
4. The draw. There will be one (1) random drawing to select twenty-five (25) winners. The drawing will be conducted by The Organizer on or about June 1, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. Prize Distribution. The Organizer will notify the winners via email by June 2, 2026. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, they will forfeit their prize and will not be entitled to any compensation, award, or reimbursement of any kind. In this case, the prizes will be awarded to a substitute drawn at random. If winners do not abide by these Terms, their prize will not be awarded and will be forfeited to the Organizer. To this end, Participants authorize all checks concerning their identity, contact details, and/or the fairness and sincerity of their participation. Any false statement, false or incorrect indication of identity or postal address will result in the immediate elimination of the Participant and the acquisition of the prize by the Organizer.
7. The Prize. Each winner will receive one prize package consisting of Corning enamel pins and sticker sheets. The retail value of each prize package is nominal. All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with acceptance or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. Data Privacy. The Organizer will collect and process Participants’ personal data, as data controller, to organize and conduct the Sweepstakes based on its legitimate interest. Data transfers from Corning group companies based in the United States to other Corning group entities worldwide are made in accordance with Corning’s Binding Corporate Rules available at http://www.corning.com/worldwide/en/privacy-policy/binding-corporate-rules.html. As a data subject, Participants have the right, in accordance with applicable regulations, to request access to their personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, or to restrict its processing. 9. Release; Limitations of Liability; Reservations of Rights. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Participants agree, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to release and hold harmless the Organizer, Instagram, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
The Organizer is not responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate entry information; (b) lost, late, incomplete, damaged, garbled, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or email; (c) technical failures of any kind, including malfunctions of any computer, network, cable, satellite, server, provider, or software; (d) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any individual it believes to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these terms or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
10. Jurisdiction and Venue. The Sweepstakes and its Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles, and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. In the event of a dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of the Rules, the Organizer and the Participant undertake to seek an amicable solution. If no such solution can be reached within fifteen (15) working days of notification of the dispute by the most diligent party, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Massachusetts in the United States.
11. Instagram Disclaimer. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, Participants understand that they are providing their information to the Organizer and not to Instagram. Participants hereby release Instagram from any and all liability arising from or related to this Sweepstakes.
