Full Course Title: “A unique strategy for obtaining EPO patents - Information for Corning”
Arnold & Siedsma has developed a prosecution strategy whereby in the priority year, the client can obtain an EPO search report and an EPO patentability opinion on any number of claims without paying any claims fees. This means that before the EPO/PCT application is filed, we have a very good idea of what claims are patentable at the EPO and can prepare/amend the PCT/EP application accordingly. It is possible for granted EP patents to be obtained within 18 months of priority. Corresponding US patents then can be obtained via the PPH without file wrapper estoppel.
