Corning Incorporated (NYSE: GLW) today announced the opening of the Corning Life Sciences Asia distribution center in the Yangshan Free Trade Port Area, Shanghai, China. This distribution center will provide customers with improved support and supply of Corning’s leading life science brands in Asia, including Corning®, Falcon®, and Axygen®.

Corning’s new distribution center is the result of an agreement with Kuehne + Nagel, a world leading logistics company. The Swiss-based German company has a 125-year history as a leading global provider of innovative and fully integrated supply chain solutions. The Kuehne + Nagel Group has more than 1,000 offices in over 100 countries. Its key business activities are built on the company's world-class logistic and supply-chain capabilities.
