Approved Customs Brokers (42KB)
U.S. Customs holds the Importer of Record responsible that imported articles are correctly classified. Corning provides its approved Customs Brokers with a list of our products and their approved HTSUS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the U.S.) classifications. Be sure to identify one of these brokers as the "Notify Party" on the Commercial Invoice whenever Corning is the Importer of Record.

The world is currently in the midst of a pandemic due to H1N1 (formerly Swine flu) and is also facing a pandemic threat from H5N1 (avian influenza). Along with preparations by governments and health organizations around the world, companies must prepare to respond to potential pandemics and minimize their impact.
