Employees target projects in Corning, Hickory, and Reynosa

Employees target projects

Corning employees, always willing to roll up their sleeves, made a big impact in volunteer projects in three global communities.

They helped a family move one step closer to home ownership at a Habitat for Humanity house, updated a prekindergarten room at a facility for abused and neglected children, and renovated a school cafeteria and a play zone in a poor community.

The one-day projects were part of the Corning Professionals Network (CPN) Global Volunteer Week, which was coordinated by its chapters in Corning; New York; Hickory, North Carolina; and Reynosa, Mexico.
