Registration Account Types
Corning Life Sciences has three types of online services. These are Full Service Account, Limited Use Account and Online Certificates of Compliance Account.
Full Service Account
A Full Service Account with Corning Life Sciences means your login is tied to your company and to the account specific pricing applicable to your institution. It will allow you to make payments by purchase order or credit card.
If your company already has an account with Corning Life Sciences, fill in the New User Registration Form and the online account set up is processed by Corning's Customer Service department. This can take up to four business hours (08:30 am - 05:00 pm EST) to be completed.
For new Corning Life Sciences customers, once you have completed and submitted the New User Registration Form, a Customer Service representative will contact you within 4 business hours to complete the account setup data. The new account setup process takes 24 to 72 hours. When your account is approved, a password will be emailed to you and you can begin your shopping experience with Corning Life Sciences.
Limited Use Account
A Limited Use Account allows you to buy products using a credit card, but not receive any account specific pricing. Your order total will be calculated using Corning’s list price less any applicable discounts or promotions. If you have specific questions about pricing, contact Customer Service at (800) 492-1110.
Certificate of Compliance Account
The Certificate of Compliance Account allows you to download Certificates of Compliance. You need to register once. With your username and password you can then download the certificate. Please note certificates are product and lot number specific.
If you want to download product certifications from the Corning website, this registration option will allow you to do so. Simply input your mailing address instead of billing address in the registration form. These certifications are available free of charge, but you must register to receive this service.
