Corning® CellSTACK® Culture Chambers

CellSTACK® Culture Chambers are available in five sizes in both standard tissue culture treated surface or the new Corning® CellBIND® surface for enhanced cell attachment and higher cell yields.

Features
The largest CellSTACK® chambers can easily produce over 2.5 x 10⁹ cells/chamber:

• 1-STACK with 636 cm² cell growth area
• 2-STACK with 1,272 cm² cell growth area
• 5-STACK with 3,180 cm² cell growth area
• 10-STACK with 6,360 cm² cell growth area
• 40-STACK with 25,440 cm² cell growth area

Two 26 mm diameter filling ports:

• Allow direct access to the chamber bottom
• Greater flexibility for aseptically filling and removing medium and cells
• Provides faster equilibration better gas exchange for each layer.
• Standard 33 mm self-venting threaded caps have 0.2 µm pore hydrophobic membranes that allow sterile gas exchange and prevent pressure build up during
  transport.

CellSTACK® chambers are:

• Constructed of durable USP Class VI polystyrene for mechanical strength
• Certified nonpyrogenic and sterilized by gamma radiation.

Corning offers a complete line of filing and gassing accessories to reduce contamination risks when processing CellSTACK® Chambers. These include optional filling caps with 1/8" or 3/8" tubing for direct aseptic transfer of media, solutions or cells via pumping or gravity feed are also available.
