My Account and Profile


As a registered user of Corning's online ordering system, you are required to set up an account. When creating your account, you will be asked to answer a security question.

Security Question
When registering, you will need to choose a security question and answer. This is required in order to keep your account secure should you need to contact Corning's customer service department by phone.

My Account
My Account allows users to update and personalize account information and set communication preferences. In My Account, you may:

  • Change your shipping or billing address
  • Select to receive an email when you place an order or when your order ships
  • Select to receive an email when your expected ship date changes by more than 2 days
  • Change your password

The My Account link is available to all logged-in users at the top of every page.

Should you forget your password, Corning can email your password to you.
