Global Leadership Model
Corning’s Global Leadership Model identifies four key areas of responsibility for all leaders across all businesses and functions as seen in the diagram below. For each area of leadership responsibility, Corning has defined the required competencies. We know that highly effective leaders must be strong in all four areas, so we provide the resources, curriculum and tools to develop our leaders.
