Each Corning employee has a chance to attend at least one of these methodologies trainings. These methodologies help us articulate the problem, analyze the root cause and find out the solutions efficiently. Mastering these methodologies becomes our core competency of mastering future.
I appreciate that Corning provided plenty of opportunities for me to work in different departments, including Quality, EH&S, Engineering and Operation. Thanks to these experiences, I not only learned professional knowledge and skills, but also understood the operational mechanism in the organization, which helps me a lot in my current position.
