CORNING, N.Y. | CORNING INCORPORATED | Março 04, 2016

Corning Incorporated (NYSE: GLW) today announced it will showcase its hyperspectral-imaging solutions at the Pittcon 2016 conference March 7-10, in Atlanta, Georgia.

Corning expanded its portfolio of hyperspectral-imaging solutions when it acquired the assets of NovaSol in early 2015. Today, Corning manufactures innovative spectral-imaging systems that can deliver high-performance, low-cost solutions to laboratory, and research-and-development markets.

“Corning continues to focus on solving our customers’ toughest optical challenges with meaningful product innovations,” said David Velasquez, commercial director, Corning Advanced Optics. “Our hyperspectral-imaging systems make it affordable and realistic for laboratories to leverage high-quality hyperspectral technology in their research efforts.”

Corning’s facility in Keene, New Hampshire, designs, develops, and manufactures a broad portfolio of hyperspectral-imaging systems, including Corning’s Hyperspectral Application Development Kit (ADK). The ADK’s small form factor is ideal for a laboratory, bench-based solution. This product provides the essential tools for researchers to experience the benefits of hyperspectral imaging with a high-sensitivity vis-NIR sensor module.

Corning’s experts will demonstrate the broad capabilities of the hyperspectral imaging product line in booth #1327 in the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta. For further details on Corning’s full portfolio of hyperspectral imaging solutions, visit www.corning.com/hyperspectral.
