The fibre routing is then carried on from the Floor Distribution Terminal via horizontal cabling which is pre-connectorised on either one or two sides according to the individual installation needs. Standard cable lengths can be carried on to the site by the installation teams; optimising speed of connectivity by minimising travel. A seamless installation can be furthermore ensured by the use of Corning ClearCurve™ fibres which are bend insensitive & make the optical fibre cable very rugged and easy to install, comparable to copper cable solutions.
