FutureComTM EA System
Corning Cable Systems’ FutureCom EA System is specially designed to support 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10GBase-T) over 100 meters with enhanced performance margin. The system provides a universal generic cabling solution for the use of Ethernet, VoIP, telephone, TV and can save up to 80% of installation time thanks to its factory-terminated, 100% tested cable assemblies.
FutureCom EA exceeds international standards requirements –ISO/IEC 11801 AMD 1:2008, Class EA, and ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-B.2-10 Augmented Category 6 system.
The fully-shielded Cat.6A S500 module is the first in the industry to receive a certification, as per approved TIA Standard 2008-04, Augmented Category 6, ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-B.2-10 Component Standard. The module has also achieved Cat.6A component certification, as per approved ISO/IEC 11802:2002 Amd 1.0 and 2.0 (draft March 2009) international standard.
