The principal end markets for the Company's products are communications, transportation and navigation markets, including cable television, cellular telephone, data communication and information processing systems; aerospace and military electronics; and automotive, satellite and industrial applications.

Product

We continuously strive to develop new interconnect technology that improves the performance, reliability and efficiency of our customers' systems and networks. Our GRS product line for broadband outside plant applications is recognized as the cable television industry gold standard. In addition to the GRS, Corning Gilbert offers a complete range of hard-line and drop connectors, adapters, terminators and tools to support coaxial cable installations in CATV networks. Corning Gilbert also invented the most flexible high performance microwave frequency connectors, the GPO®, GPPO™, and the G3PO™.

Design & Manufacturing

Our design staff is able to tap into Corning Gilbert’s vast experience and history in connector design to continually develop new products that meet our customer’s most challenging requirements. Customers appreciate Corning Gilbert’s intelligent designs, which provide ease of installation, flexibility and reliability.

Corning Gilbert has four manufacturing facilities with over 500,000 square feet collectively. Corning Gilbert’s products are sold globally, with locations in Phoenix and Glendale, Arizona; and Vordingborg, Denmark. All facilities meet ISO 9001 standards and follow stringent production guidelines providing our customers with the highest level of reliability, consistency and quality. We certify each order with quality control testing data, certificates of compliance and detailed product descriptions. These rigorous standards and certification program guidelines ensure we will exceed established industry guidelines.
