Course Title: The Patenting Procedure at the European Patent Office

Program Description: This 2-hour presentation will comprise 3 sections: (1) The European Patent Office, formal issues of the search and examination procedure, (2) Substantive issues of the examination procedure, and (3) Oral procedures and opposition procedures. Each section will be 30 minutes of presentation and 10 minutes of questions. Special consideration is given to patent applications based on US applications.
