The Flatmaster MSP Optical Metrology System is the newest in the line of Corning’s non-contact form analysis instrumentation. The Flatmaster MSP is capable of measuring dozens of surfaces at tens of millimeters of separation on complex components and assemblies. Flatmaster MSP will measure flatness, parallelism and depth on a variety of materials and surface finishes with sub-micron accuracy in less than thirty seconds.
